What is TrialPilot and why it's worth it

TrialPilot posts Trial Reels on your Instagram account every day, made from your best reels. It picks the videos, prepares the versions, posts them, measures how each one does and keeps an eye on your account. You don't edit or post anything: you just check the results.

In one sentence

Instagram lets you post Trial Reels: reels it shows first to people who don't follow you yet. Each one is new reach, and they don't tire your followers or clutter your profile. TrialPilot makes the most of that: it turns the reels that already worked for you into new Trial Reels, every day, without you having to do anything.

What it does, step by step

1

Finds your winners

It measures your reels and keeps the ones that beat 80% of yours from the last 90 days. Always compared with your own account.

2

Prepares new versions

From each winner it makes different versions, changing the image and the sound so every upload is a different video in Instagram's eyes.

3

Posts them as Trial Reels

From 1 to 10 a day per account, as many as you choose, at different times within your time window.

4

Measures every upload

It reads the views of each one and decides which videos keep going and which ones rest, so none of them burns out.

5

Watches your account

If Instagram slows the account down or rejects uploads, it stops in time and emails you what to do.

6

Reports the results

Your dashboard shows your views day by day. And it emails you when you reach 100K, 1M, 5M or 10M views.

Why it's worth it

New reach every day, at no cost to your account

A regular reel is shown to your followers first. A Trial Reel goes straight to new people. And since it doesn't appear on your profile or in your followers' feed, you can post many without anyone getting tired of you.

Your best reels go back to work

That reel that worked two months ago has better odds than any new idea. TrialPilot puts it back in front of people who have never seen it, again and again, for as long as it keeps working.

It saves you hours every day

Doing it right by hand (choosing, editing several versions, posting at different times, measuring each one at 24 hours, retiring the ones that burn out and watching the account) easily takes two or three hours a day, every day. €100 a month is about €3.3 a day per account.

It runs on data, not hunches

It chooses with numbers, measures every upload and learns from each account. We explain it in detail, with our data, in do Trial Reels work? Real cases and the method.

Real results

Some of the best moments of accounts that use TrialPilot, each one in its best stretch:

+30,400

30,400 new followers in 48 hours

Account with about 140K followers.

1.4M

1.4 million views in a day with 8,000 followers

These are the best cases, not what happens on every account: it depends on your content and on how Instagram distributes it. There are many more, with no names, in our real cases article.

Frequently asked questions

Is TrialPilot available in English?

Not yet. TrialPilot, its dashboard and its emails are in Spanish today. We're preparing the English version: join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it's ready.

Do I need to film new videos?

No. TrialPilot works with the reels you've already posted: it picks the ones that performed best and makes new versions of them.

Do I have to give you my Instagram password?

No, never. You connect your account from Instagram's own authorization screen, with a link. You can remove that permission whenever you want from your Instagram settings.

Will my followers see repeated videos?

No. They're posted as Trial Reels, which Instagram shows to people who don't follow you. They don't appear on your profile or in your followers' feed unless you decide to share them.

What kind of account do I need?

A public, professional Instagram account (creator or business) with a minimum number of followers, around 200 today: that's what Instagram asks for Trial Reels. And its Account Status has to be all green.

Which reels does it use?

The ones that beat 80% of your own reels from the last 90 days. If you have fewer than 5 reels, it uses your 2 with the most views. You see them in your dashboard and can remove or add any you want.

How many does it post per day?

As many as you choose in your dashboard, from 1 to 10 a day per account (10 if you don't change it), at different times within your time window.

Does it also post to my feed?

No, only Trial Reels. You keep running your feed as always.

Can I manage several accounts?

Yes. Each Instagram account is one seat, and all of them are managed from the same dashboard. It's what agencies use.

Do you guarantee views?

No, and be wary of anyone who does: views depend on your content and on how Instagram distributes it. What we do is the work that gives you the best odds, every day, without fail.
